Tenants can choose from cozy apartments or spacious single-family homes to living in a duplex or a complex. Our roster of living spaces includes properties in Downtown, Mt. Sterling, Willmore, Stanford, Danville and multiple other counties, most of which are close to shopping, dining, and schools. Contact us to see if a property you are interested in is pet eligible.
Once becoming a resident, tenants can use our secure tenant portal to schedule maintenance requests, pay, and track rent payments online.
